Liverpool will be in four competitions & judging by the team they pit out last night it seems they are going to take the Europa cup seriously, Can't help but think they need to call on all the quality they have, Unless of course they have someone lined up, it's so exciting isn't it. Bug bear for me is that any signings made today & will probably not play tomorrow then next week it's international week

Quiet day for us Man Utd fans too I suspect.
Deadline day is so overhyped. Yeah a few deals happen here and there, but in the main, not that much really happens til late in the afternoon, evening.
I've been at work since 10, and spent the last hour and half refreshing BBC/SSN. Its rumours and whispers. So far, Villa have a bid accepted for Dempsey, Citeh have given away De Jong to AC, Portsmouth have signed Jonny Ertl, and Sheff U want to rename a stand after Jessica Ennis.
Today is so overhyped...
