Short break - Feb 2013

I'm looking at a 4 night european break in Feb next year for me and the wife. We went to Prague a couple of years ago and liked that, so I'm thinking somehwere like Budapest/Talinn/Salzburg... Does anyone have any reccomendations, tips etc?
