Nice 911 seen - what was it?

No picture im afraid.
But I saw a black 911 - looked 993 shape on the back of a recovery truck in Newbury approaching the Robin Hood roundabout.
I thought that it looked like a GT2 RS as it had the very tall rear wing. Im almost sure it was higher than the roof line.

Registration number spelt "Woolfy".

Just interested to know what it was really.....

You could prob do a search on the plate and find out what it is, sounds like a RWB 993 if it looked ultra wide, they're becoming more popular.

Hmm, headlights half painted over black, "not safe for road use" but no cage, so not safe for track use either. Doesn't look anything like a GT1 to me, but at the starting price would be an absolute bargain for the performance (if it's as good as claimed).

Oh, and messing about with W999LFY courtesy of lots of coloured bolt caps is a big fail IMO.
