Hanging at about 80-90% page load

I am experiencing an issue whereby when I load a page (particularly the page after a post) it loads about 90% of the page (the blue bar is 9/10ths across the screen) and then hangs

Sometimes I can wait it out but other times the browser becomes unresponsive and I have to kill the page and reload

When this happens I can see all the page content but the links within are useless

So for instance I make a post, I see the thank you page but I cannot click Return to Topic or My Stuff

The same occurs sometimes when loading a thread I just had the it in the drug dealer one in The Lounge can see the whole page click the YouTube link and nothing

Is it just me?

Getting same thing but not frequent. Using OSX and Safari if it helps.

I've had intermittent problems with pages taking minutes to load in the last day or two including this morning though it seems to be ok at the minute. Using Chrome on Windows 7.
Definitely this site as everything else is fine.

Very buggy for me too.

Some pages load fine but most just stop. Particularly bad if I try opening multiple pages (going down my Topics page, cmd+clicking). About 10% of pages load.

Other sites are fine

I have found the best solution is to hit stop on the browser seems to sort it

OK so some component of the page isn't loading in a timely fashion. At a hunch I'll look at the ad serving platform. Won't be till Monday now tho so please bear with us.

Doing it here too seems to not be as bad now as a couple hours ago, but doing it on Android Chrome and chrome on Windows 7

Its on my Galaxy Nexus so I am gonna say Chrome for Android maybe?

Hmm me too Tricky one that.

Ok well the sites not optimised for mobile and so I would suggest a)use the mobile site or b)wait until weve made some changes to the site to cope with mobile better over the coming months.
