Friend of mine who works for a SCP informs me that he once began work on a standard 800 frame GATSO film removed earlier from a camera to find that every image was more of less the same. 1 lad swinging a bucket round his head on a rope, while his 7 mates stood in a line across the road with their ar**s showing.
About 15 minutes to use the entire roll.

Same happened in the next village group of lads on pushbikes at the bottom of a hill. Used the whole film.

And in Germany they are frontal pictures so bikes dont get caught.

Brilliant - what's more, they haven't really broken any laws have they - other than indecent exposure? Or would the cops do them for interfering with the course of justice or something? Certainly a viable alternative to destroying them....
