A mates car has developed a problem with:
targa top not opening
rear blind stopped working
and Amp not providing any power

he has checked motor for Targa, replaced Battery
things affected point to ECU has anyone anything to suggest to aide his search for a fix?

Thanks in advance.

Targa top not working is usually related to the lock for the hatch, not cheap mind frown

Amps can go, but unusual, I would sugest pulling the fuses for the radio & sound package, but if he has changed the battery then that has the same effect, still maybe worth a go though.

Has the car been jump started or had the use of a jump pack recently?

993 Tara tops a load of trouble, replaced motor and all cables last year, all roof seals too. It was stuck and could not release mannually. Blind not worked for longer than two weeks in past four years and I've had it looked at four times at OPC and local indy. Have just tinted roof pannel now which works fine, 50+c here and I still cope. Love the airy feel of car and always drive with roof open, excpet maybe at noon.

Maybe put a new bosch battery in first and then go from there. Other issues may slowly resolve. I suspect the Juno start could have shorted the amp. May sort itself out after couple of weeks. Or you may need new amp.
