Ok Guys just had final details from bookatrac regards next sundays Rockingham track day , please take 5 mins just to get the details sorted out .

09.00 sign on in garage 36
09.30 drivers briefing
10.00 track opens

PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE !!!

lunch is 1.00 until 2.00pm

fuel station is open on site 1 hour before we start so 9.00 to 10.00am then over lunchtime from 1.00 to 2.00 pm .

Burger van is open all day for xxxxxxxburgers

sound limit is static test at 103db

Drivers and passengers must sign in for a wristband

crash helmets must be worn and arms and legs must be covered !!!

passengers must be older than 16 years .

no hand held cameras whilst out on track .

there is going to be a Ards instructer on sight cost is £30 for a 20min session , book at briefing .

now even more good news , ive managed to get us free garages !!! we have to whole block from 12a to 20 , they are big garages so there should be plenty of room .

if anyone has any questions post up and will try and get answers .

also - how long will it take Matt and I to change my brake fluid and replace a pulley bearing on the side of the engine (no idea which one)??

Depends how strict they are when it comes to short sleeves ,best have both with you !!!

I know what number garage i am in - login into BaT and then go to "current orders" and it tells you what garage you have.

How easy will it be to replace brake fluid and bleed it in one of those garages?

No - only drivers have to attend briefing. Passengers can turn up and sign on at any time.

their web site says 8 am sign on and 8:30 breifing. It is definitely 9am sign on? Otherwise thanks for organising this so well for all of us.

Read the small print - Sunday's are later, 10am track start with 9.30 briefing.

f**k - i dont have mine. I have had to send the bloody thing off 10 days ago as I have had to renew the photo on my licence, so both parts had to be sent to DVLA and time was really running out!
