A tantalising title I know but honestly what did you expect?

So, to the question....

From whom do you get the most attention when you are out in the Tiv with the roof down and the exhaust roaring.

Girls, or Boys?

Hi LA,

That's kind and complimentary since I was a little abusive toward your advancing years in the other post!

Still, as a self confessed "old fella" it had to be the car grabbing the attention!

Seriously, I find that the Tiv draws the attention of guys of all ages but it tends to only get admiring glances of women in their 20's and 30's.

Had to laugh the other day when I let the revs rip through town and a guy in his 50's paid the car a little too much attention and walked into a signpost.

Hysterical! Wish I'd been there to see it. (Might have knocked my Pacemaker out of synch!) Once, while driving a friend's Cobra on the motorway, two guys in a BMW overtook gawping in envy ... and ran straight into the back of a line of stopped traffic! Crunch, crash, splinter, tinkle! Luckily, I was off the motorway, down the slip road and out of view before they could hear my whooping.

Nice one, shouldn't laugh really at Mr BMW should we as it sounds a jolly unfortunate incident!

Incidentally, friend, what Tiv do you run, at "140 mph" on the pavements? It's not on your profile. And welcome to PH.

Thank you for the welcome!
I've been around for a bit but not as me. Since the operation I've been known as Max-thrust.

Pavements? No that's not me, that's you with your zimmer! Nope I'm always on the black stuff.
Anyway, shouldn't you be saying "sidewalk"?

Mine's a V6S but has had a bit of uprating to the engine. Goes pretty well for an old Ford motor.

Thanks LA, you don't have a bad collection there yourself!

I've just posted a photo of my S on my profile for info. It needs a bit of work still but it's in good shape.

Well, I'd best hit the sack as I'm getting up in 5 hours to get to work, not much chance that I'll be using the Tiv as the weather here is really weird (and wet) at the moment.

It's been nice gassing this evening, talk again soon I hope.

Cheers!

You're welcome - and keep on truckin'. (I think that's what it's called - ) That's a handsome car.

Hey stop it or she'll (my car is female) will become a big tart. She already goes out with her top off!
