Recommendations for body shop in Bedford

Hi,

My track car ('99 Audi S3) made it through its MOT by some form of divine intervention so thinking of fixing a few of its body injuries.

Looking to get the front and rear bumpers resprayed - can take them off myself but wondering if anyone has any experience of body shops that will do panels like this around Bedford and how much I would be looking at.

Also anyone any experience with paintless dent removal people they would recommend.
