Hi all, can anyone recommend a HID kit for the cerbera, possibly fleabay, but which one? Question two- where do I get my light switching box and connecter block repaired please! Mark.

What head lights do you have? single lamp or speed 6 style?

Speed six are single lamp I thought? Unless converted.

So you need the H4 type, I would go for the 35W version and as cold a light temp as possible, there are kits out there that are 10000K light temp, do not touch those as the light will be bright blue.

4000K - 6000K should be the temp range you are looking for and the lower the better.

I have a 5000K 55W set that have been in the car about 3 years now but the 55W bulbs are very bright.

Some thing like this kit is what you are looking for.

3000K colour temperature and a 35W burner is reasonably close to halogen light in colour but a good deal brighter than the standard fitment. Given the questionable legality of after market HIDs it is a good combination for not standing out as being an obvious HID while still being a vast improvement on the standard lights.

The other thing to do is ensure that the beam pattern with the HIDs is well within the same area as the halogen bulbs to avoid the danger of dazzling other drivers.
