Former factory to become an ice rink?

Taken from the local Blackpool paper. Plans have/are being submitted to turn the main building at Bristol Ave into an ice rink.

Gutted, I'd so prefer to see some sort of TVR museum/club house/factory shop thing! I really don't get why the little Russian gimp boy won't sell to someone who could do something with it all! Now where's my lottery ticket?! lol

The plans for this development were passed last night.

This will have no effect on the companies that are still located there, Surface & Design, D & C Trim etc.
