1) Those who think the outside lane is called the fast lane and the inside lane the slow lane so if they go fast the stay in the outside lane when the others are empty.
2) Someone who overtakes then slows down to match the car/lorry they just overtook.
3) People using the Manoeuvre, indicate, mirror (with luck) method of overtaking.
