As if getting 3rd place in the latest Sprint photo comp and winning a trophy at S Club Heaven last week were not enough, AutoAndy has had a letter about our trip to Spa & a photo of the cars in the paddock printed in October's Classic & Sports Car

I just had to spread the word about this great trip that you organised.

... And it's all part of my double-objective strategy, promotion of the S series as the best all-round classic car ... And my self-promotion to make up for my quiet unassuming persona.

What next?....maybe a small article in the TVR Sprint mag in the next month or two....;)

...and I if I archive my last objective of getting an "S" on the cover of the TVR mag...only then will I feel that I have earned my knight-hood, hint hint

Maybe if you use a high jpg compression it would fit in a jiffy bag

I thought you were cutting the boot lid in two so it would fit into the envelope/ jiffy bag. This is good, it means the magazine is protected on both sides.

Er...um...no, you're not Mike! A couple of friends sent me texts / emails about it so I did the same as you. Turned out they subscribe to the mag so get it a bit earlier One of them gave me a copy and I think it's Max's S at the front of the pic. It's only a small pic so hard to tell but it's still a pic in C&S mag

Got a free bunch of Auto Glym, well worth it
So I have a copy, if you want my copy after to look at and send to Maffe.

The Aston is gorgeous, but the S is still the most fun for the money. I cannot see if I am one of the people in the background, although I would have thought that my svelte figure would be more obvious. Well crafted letter by Andy summed up the event nicely.
