HI All,
My current Cash ISA has just matured and i'm no longer getting the introductory interest rate. Just wondering which is the best Cash ISA out there at the moment? I'm currently with Nationwide, but obviously have no issues' changing to obtain the best rate out there.

I would just do a search online as your main concern is to get the best rate although there may be other aspects you'll need to check, like access for example.
When I was advising the Nationwide would often be one of the top paying Cash ISA's. They may not have been the top paying but they were often there or thereabouts. I really don't know how competitive they are now. What you really want is consistency. Someone offering a brilliant rate now may just be 'buying' business so that rate might not last very long.
