Who's colour is Polar Silver??

I have a couple of stonechips on the front of the 500 does anyone know who's colour is Polar Silver? Is it a TVR colour or another manufaturers?

On the handwritten page in your handbook does it give you any extra paint codes? Mine has a TVR code, and next to it is a VW paint code

Isnt the paint code on the wing under the bonnet?

Had a VW in 1983 that was Polar Silver, it was a very pale gold colour.

Coming to think of it my old 1990 Audi 90 Quattro was Polar Silver!!! DOH!!


P.S. kind of pale metallic blue not gold????

Also a standard Porsche colour for a number of years.

It was one of the few colours you could have an RS2 in, I remember that much.

Wonder if there is any link on that basis...

They must have brought Polar Silver out more than once over the years cos mine was definately pale gold??
