Hi
Well the title is a word we would not normaly think of with a wedge apart from the chassis!
My 450SE was deleverd to Hexham by the previous owner for them to do a couple of jobs on the car for me before they delivered it to me!
I wanted them to replace the nearside outrigger as the offside had been done for this years MOT.
I think me decision to do that was justified!
A new replacment outrigger!
Please peps you may think your's are OK! This one was when it was being MOTed in the spring!
Get your Chassis checked!
So you can sort them before they get so bad that we see some cars being scrapped!

Andy - when I finally scrapped/dismantled my 350i (after writing it off) and we took off the sill covers, about 16 years ago this was, the outriggers were just so much oxide under the covers, there wan't even a pipe left.
It must have been this bad for at least a couple of years before this, and I was getting it MOT'd, so it just goes to show, if you can't see it, it doesn't matter.... ;^)
