London based skin consultant dermatologist?
Discussion
Can anyone recommend a London based skin specialist that one of my team can take her 5 year old to via BUPA? He has what we believe to be Psoriasis and her GP is useless so she'd like to see a decent dermatologist to firstly confirm her thoughts or offer alternative diagnosis and also to seek some sort of treatment.
BUPA will authorise this but won't recommend a particular specialist so any help would be much appreciated.

She should be able to get a referral from her GP to Barts, I suspect some of their Doctors may practice privately as well

I doubt you will do any better than one of the consultants that work at GOSH...they will pretty much be the best paediatric dermatologists in the country and quite possibly beyond.

Given BUPA are paying I'd go to the top and see the Professor!
Here's his private practice

Your colleague should call the number on that page and ask for his secretary, she will know if he is BUPA registered. Your colleague should also briefly describe the problem and check that he's the right specialist. If he isn't they will undoubtedly refer you to someone that is.
