Bex! We miss you!
Discussion
??I've not gone. I did for about 1 whole week a few weeks back! There were a few reasons for doing so but as you can tell it didn't last long. I didn't realise it had been 4 days since I last posted anything!
Have I missed something?
Life has been a bit busy so whilst I am checking in I'm not getting a lot of time to actually post. (just finished wk and now grabbing lunch before taking over childcare duties as hubby currently has flu and tonsilitis and has been wiped out looking after our son this am!) Some replies can take quite a while to do aswell.
I'm flattered that I've been missed though!...I think
Won't rule out future embargos, I'm not the best with time management and sometimes I find I've lost a lot of hours on PH that I should be using for studying etc! It's too easy to get carried away on here and I like to try and help if I can (as we all do)

Hi Bex,
I'll also echo Caractacus post and thank you for all your advice.
I'd also like to ask if you had any advice or tips with regard to becoming a veterinary nurse.
My fiance is looking to become one and has contacted a couple of local vets but they didn't seem to give much info. She has looked at a course at the local college but if there is any other info you could give, how long to be qualified, difficulty, competition for jobs. etc. I would be extremely grateful.
She has nursing experience, of the human type and volunteers at the local dog re-homing centre, so maybe has a bit of a head start.
Cheers

Hi Bex,
That would be fantastic, thank you.
I don't want you to go to too much trouble and take up your time, so even a few key points would be great.
It,s something she has wanted to do for along time now and she,s not particularly happy with her current job.
My only concern is that she may start coming home with all the stray or abandoned dogs!
