After many many months of sorting the car out, finally got to drive 120 miles it last night & again had her out today
4.6 L V8, AP brakes & a few other goodies
Absolutely Priceless :-)
The biggest challenge seems to be getting my oldest son out of the car !!

Yes it was but required an immediate engine rebuild after a detailed check over which Sovereign agreed to help financially with.
Wiring needed a real sort out as did pipe work.
Extras completed since have been baffled sump, oil cooler etc
AP Brakes etc were fitted a few weeks ago.

Had the biggest grin on my face all weekend - just huge fun smile

This.

Makes the car look cheap (imo).

Something more discreet would be better.

Nice car though......smile

Looks fantastic, I have my seight for about 5 years, absolutely love it. No where as nice looking as yours but it goes well enough. What sort of power you putting out.
Mines a 4.3 with cam, worked heads, 4 barrell amongst other things, and puts out just under 300bhp.

Points noted re stickers guys and they will be changed for something a lot more subtle- came with the car and to be honest were least of the worries and things to do.
Going to get a set of carbon half doors to take a bit of the wind blast factor out.

Not sure on power yet Dave as literally putting some decent miles on the new engine and will them recheck tolerances etc and get her on the dyno.
The bum and grin dyno makes me think 300- 320 ish smile

If you are going for carbon doors, you are probably going to need to get a smaller steering wheel too, as they curve around skuttle a bit.

If fixed, makes getting in and out car more of a challenge, even for me at 6foot1.
More so for passengers, unused to car.

If openable (rephase that - closeable whilst you/passenger are in the car) would be interested in seeing how you do it (as I have a set at home, that I want to fit at some stage).

If you want to reduce wind blast factor - remove windscreen, get an aeroscreen (assuming you sit quite low in car)

I was admiring this when it was for sale. I've always wanted an SEiGHT. Doubt I'll ever trade up from my 1.8 Zetec SEiW now although I so nearly had my hands on a 3.9L EFI SEiGHT for £7k back in early March.
