Can someone explain the logic behind the law and all the hype given out by the camera partnerships about the high visibility, yellow highlighting etc etc of fixed speed cameras.
AND YET, they then go out in Mobile Camera vans and make them as hard as possible to spot, just round bends, behind shrubs etc etc.

Be cheaper if you write to Osama Bin Liner. I hear there's a sizeable stash of Hand Held rocket launchers going cheap. And while you're at it there's a fairly healthy array of IR seeking devices for the avenging ones self of the scamerati.
