Garage open C. London today (Sun) to fit starter motor?

Hi All.

Calling on the trusty PH community for some urgent advice, I need to source a starter motor for a 2005 Ford Transit minibus and get it fitted today otherwise I am going to lose a lot of money....

I am in central London just down the road from Vauxhall.

I have spoken to one garage in Kingston who are trying to find the part and are open today to fit it but not confident they will come up with the goods.

Does anyone know of anywhere open today? You would have thought that in a city of 8 million there would be a number of places open on a Sunday but after a lot of googling it seems not...

You might also expect that the RAC would stock parts and have mobile mechanics, but alas not despite the great service I have received...

It's not just a fact of a garage being open, it's there being a motor factors with it in stock open, and either having someone to pick it up or a delivery driver drop it off, which would be rare on a saturday, let alone a sunday

Thanks for advice chaps, got it sorted (I hope!) being recovered by RAC in an hour to Autoquick UK in Kingston who are open now and have sourced part even though it is a Sunday.

Fingers crossed it all works out.

Breaking down at the weekend is a bloody nightmare!
