Lakeland has a good new range of ceramic knives.

I've bought a couple and a peeler but am resisting the strong urge to get any more. I've plenty of knives.

That'll be them, then.

I like the blades but not the handles.

I'm going to buy a ceramic knife of some sort because of this tread.

Love my Kyocera,but loathe the lightness. Used everyday for the lettuce and tomato and basil duties, but this is on the wishlist.
