Dog harness fixing to rear shelf!!!!

Can anyone tell me how to get into the rear shelf area to fit a seatbelt mounting for a dog harness (Jack Russel loves the car) on my 4.0 Chimp.

You'll be wanting the car up on access ramps or over a pit, then you can get at the underside of the shelf (around the diff).

R952CFB Blue 4.0 Chimp, in Hampton Hill and used every day. My only problems in 10 months have been a lack of starting after long hot runs and an intermitent stalling problem plus its large thirst for optimax!!!.
