There's a lotus meet (SELOC) on the 3rd Sunday of each month, 9am ish I think.

Sadly, yes. I tend to go early and drive down the hill to check for cyclists etc, then wait at the bottom for a good gap before blasting back up. It's very short but one of my favourite local roads.
