All , I have a T350 with a Sagaris engine and I can't find the three pin plug to connect the ECU to a computer. I do have a 9 pin connector in the passenger footwell but can't find the three pin? Is it a case of either / or, or am I just not looking hard enough for the 3 pin in the drivers footwell? Basically does every car have both connectors?

Also we jerry rigged the 9 pin connector with wires to talk to the 3 pin plug but the ECU wouldn't communicate with the PC. I believe we have the latest ECU software (yellow cerbera)?

I do have the Sagaris bible and it says "... and you have the file 9410116A.RTV, if not rename it 9410035A,RTV". It appears I have both do I need to delete one or rename one?

Does anyone sell the 9 pin connector ECU lead?

So many questions - I used to be a lot better informed about Lotus! Thanks in advance for the help smile

You should be able to get it from Raceproved (I think they still do it)

Thanks for the reply, but I have the 3 pin lead already, but can only find the 9 pin port. I may not have looked hard enough for the three pin socket in the drivers footwell though so I will have a butchers again tomorrow.

Tony,

Did you ever manage to get your ECU connected to a Laptop. If so how did you achieve this?

Thanks

The lead may have been an issue.

The software works on Vista but not on windows 7 and I presume therefore not on Windows 8, even in compatability mode. I borrowed the 9 pin plug from Torque RVT and attached my own lap top, so either there is an issue with my 3 pin connection on the car or I bought a faulty lead.

Still not sure which really, once I'd resolved the issue it didn't seem urgent lol.

Talking of which, does anyone have a T350 / Sagaris I could try my lead out on? Northwest england area?

That's fine, maybe I hadn't changed to 32bit mode. I'll give it a go and see.
