Can someone please tell me what this is?

I spotted this today near Headcorn in Kent whist out on a bike ride. I had to stop and look - it was gorgeous! I forgot to write down the manufacturer though so any info on this and values would be greatly appreciated.

At first glance I thought it was a kit Ferrari 166 but as I got closer realised it was not. Left hand drive on UK plates and in lovely condition. I think it begins with a T or a W.

My first kneejerk thought was a Siata, but that isn't T or W. (!)

Yup. Siata Daina Sport, based on Fiat 1400 running gear, circa 1951.
