Alfa 156 / GTV - parts swap?

please excuse my ignorance of all things Italian!

Can teledial wheels and steering wheel off a 156 be put on a GTV? sorry - for the numpty question but I see lots of wheels and steering wheels as parts advertised as 156, but nothing for GTV

156 alloy wheels will fit on four cylinder GTVs however the offset isn't correct so the wheels will fit too far in, you do see quite a few driving round like this but it can't do much for the handling - you could fit spacers and longer bolts. GTV wheels on 156s have the opposite effect - the alloys sit very close to the edge of the wheelarch giving a wider stanced look - I always thought GTV 16" teledials look good on 156s.

Re the steering wheel I would say that they are not compatible however someone may prove me wrong.
