996t initially dissapointed....but then.....!

I bought my 2002 996t in a private sale and in similar way to a previous poster I was not very impressed.
I put it down to having just returned a friends GTR after a week of banzai performance. But it still just didn't seem right.
After a little Googling it apeared that the N75 valve may be the problem, as the boost seemed erratic, sometimes boosting to 1.3 bar.
£20 later and a new valve fitted.....Whooosh.....We have lift off..!
The car is now as I expected and hoped for.......an absolute pleasure to drive
The brakes lack initial bite, so I will investigate an alternative pad to see if we can fix that aswel.
