Window encoder or not?

My window drops down, then door opens( with a delay of approx 3-4 seconds, much longer as other side) and then window drops down once more.

Is the encoder broken? Or black box faulty?

Sounds like encoder to me. I've had similar symptoms before.

its definately the encoder. Change the decoder ti the other side and look for the result.
