Having put one of our cars up for sale today I only seem to have the option of the £9.99 premium listing rather than the standard one that I've used before.

I remember there was a cut off that didn't affect me before but has something changed?

As far as I know there is only a premium ad these days?
The cut off date to qualify for a free ad used to be Jan 2009, though that may have changed.

I tried to place an ad this weekend and could only get a premium one too, I've been here 9 years now frown

You shouldn't have had to pay for it?

Looks like only premium adverts are allowed now, which is a shame. Oh well, advert is on.

Free ads for cars are available to forum members who joined before January 1, 2009.

Basic / free ads are still available for motorbikes, parts and accessories, and all other categories.

Sorry to bring this back up, but I'm trying to list a car and remember this to be the case, but I'm being prompted to pay still.

Are longer forum members still given this access for a free listing?
