Glass' Trade in price of a Ford focus estate ?

Hi,

My Focus estate is getting on a little bit now and am considering replacing.
Anyone got a Glasses/realistic price what it would be worth as a trade in at a dealer?
Parkers says £1220? is that about right?

Details:
Ford Focus Estate 5 door
2004/53 Reg
LX model - was last of the roll out of Mk1 models so also has alloys, air con, roof bars
1.6 petrol engine
75,000 miles
6 months MOT and 3 months tax left on it.
