You will note the 0-60mph was 2.9 secs on the world record run not 2.8. However we officially did a 2.8 on a previous run but braked slower! So we know we can improve on our world record. Please put a note to this effect as otherwise p[eople will pick up on the fact the timesheet says 2.9 instaed of 2.8 that we claimed on our press release.

The pod is full of drivers trying to do a sub 10 second quarter.
Wonder how they would feel about a 10 second 0-100-0 without even reaching the timeing lights.

BUT I think the point was that they did it on the same surface as everyone else.... so it was comparable regardless of how slippery the surface was. and I can assure you Brunters is a very slippery surface.
You should also note that he accelerated to 101.2mph.... not much I know, but worth a few hundreths.
So the perfect 0-100-0 has not been reached in that car.....
