Simply change relay logic so that WN is always connected (to the RG) and for up/down relay also engages N (instead of acting as change over between WN and N)
Then simply connect mirror U & N to harness BR, B to lt green, W to RU (or Slate on the passenger side).
The heater wires connect BR to B and NR to UO.
Works fine for me.
