Anyone bought from Boss Performance in Lancashire?

Keen to get some opinions on their after sales and also the quality of their cars.

Seem to have some good metal at decent prices and unsure if thats a reflection of the quality they buy or the part of the country they are in!

Any experiences or opinions very welcome as they are a 6 hour round trip to visit!!

Been in a couple of times to look at certain cars they were selling.

It always felt like it was never permanent, if you know what I mean.
It is run be guys from the sub-continent and there was always loads of young lads hanging around, very difficult to find out who was actually in charge.

I never bought from them.

They had a R32 converted VW Bora in a good few years back that I was quite interested in, went in, looked around the car and asked for a p/x valuation against my car, they said they couldn't do it there and then and would be in touch the following day.

Waited three days and nothing. Then rang them, 'we'll be in touch this afternoon' was the response. Nothing again for another two days. Rang them again to get someone different, who then told me it had been sold two weeks prior and they were simply waiting for the guy to pick it up.

Not the end of the world, but it didn't feel particularly well organised. Despite how polished it may outwardly appear.
