If I fill in the holes and redrill 4 x 108 ones, do you think this would fit ? I don't have a lot of cash so I'd only replace the wheels with bigger ones, one at a time

You may have to wait a while to get three more matching wheels, but it's still got to be a bargain. Should polish up well.
You have to love potholes, it's not often you find 4 so close together, and they make such pleasing assymetric shapes.
Just make sure you have plenty of Fixodent before you go on a test drive.
