I'm heading off for a couple of weeks in the South of France Saturday week, taking in some nice driving en route. So if anyone is going to be down there during that time and fancies hooking up for a mountain road blast / glass of vino post your details here! I'll be staying near Nice.
Alternatively, if you've got any recomendations for routes / must drive roads I'd be interested to hear....

cheers,
Steve

Nice one. Yup, will be there from 30th August till 10th September (rest of the time will be spent on the road). Cannes is not a million miles from where we are staying, and certainly not far from some excellent roads - I can think of one little road right now that would just be superb. Maybe a mini PH get together in the South of France in the offing then.....

If you are down in the South of France, look up Phil Hooper, he has a TVR Grantura MK111 in which he has competed with in both the Classic Le Mans and the Legends race before the start of the 2003 24hr. He also has a 2500M, first one made! He lives in Antibes and his co driver Malcolm Wood lives in Valbonne. Spent last summer down rhere, great roads, especially in the mountains, even a track at Le Luc near to Toulon open to the public for €70 a day. Email me and I'll give you his mobile.
