Door won't open - any ideas?

I posted a few days ago saying the passenger door on my V8V wouldn't open from the outside. You pull the handle and the glass drops the quarter of an inch but the door just will not open. It's like it is still locked. Ii will open from the inside no problem and once you have done that the door will then also open from the outside.

It seems to be that when you centrally lock the car using the internal button and then unlock it via the same method, the first time you then try and open the door from the outside it will not budge. It when back to the dealer today and they took the door card off, lubricated and adjusted the mechanism etc. and all working fine. As soon as I get home and try it again, the door won't open.

Any ideas?

Very useful link to that old thread, thanks very much. Seems like it could be the module then.
