On our favorite on-line auction site is a VERY nice (from the photo's anyway) 82 FHC. Looks like its got the 2l pinto engine which should make it 1 of only 9 200FHC's for that year, only 16 produced overall!

Hi Ron...Just right click over the writing of the item you want to link and it should come up "Copy shortcut"..Left click it and then right click into the post and left click paste...Ziga

Not working for me Zig. When i right click over the text gives me various options for opening link in new window etc. If I copy link address then paste it into the post it comes out like this

Mr Tank, you are getting greedy now, at the rate you're going you'll soon end up owning EVERY single TVR including ours left on the road !!! biggrin

idea why don't you start hiring your collection out, I'll start by requesting a qoute for your SEAC for the weekend...woohoo

Given the fact that it has had much chassis work, it seems a shame that all the old rusty bolts and nuts were put back. I'd certainly be replacing all the suspension nylocs before driving it too far!!

Ron

Thanks for the info!

Nice looking car,

The reason for asking was I was interested if it was the FHC which had been advertised earlier in the year and he wanted over 2K for a real basket case!

This new car looks worth the bids it's got at present!

Yes a 2Lt and a FHC are the missing link in my wedge collection, but no more cars for me this year!

One day left on this auction and its sitting at a reasonable £2500. anyone want to give me odds on where it'll end up given that it will complete the set for a certain well known figure in Wedge circles ? smilesmile

My money's on it making about £3050 it'll be good to watch though.
Hope so at the very least, as it means wedges may be on the up at last wink

Meant who'll give me odds on who will be the next owner given that it'll complete a certain collection? Be good to see it fetch good money though as like most of you I feel the wedges are massively under valued.

Indeed they are a bargain...especially when you see what people are getting for what amount to little more than 'skips' in the same market sector. rolleyes

Thats a fair chunk of money considering the work and money involved in restoring it when you could have this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TVR-350i-Wedge-/25114064... a nice solid Wedge for less cash and no work to do confused!

Hi

Yes the 350i is a nice car and like all wedges under valued.

Ref the FHC sorry whilst it would fill the hole in my collection, I am not going to be the winner of the auction!
