Anyone heard of CCS - wipe off debt on credit cards pre 2007

Hi,

I have been cold called by a company called CCS who say they can wipe out credit card debt if the card was taken out prior to 2007 and therefore unenforceable after the change in financial legislation. Apparently if I haven;t signed a new agreement, they can wipe out the debt.
BUT there is an upfront charge which they say will be refunded if they don't 'win' your case.

Any thoughts?? Does sound too good to be true - anyone had any experience with them??

Its a con give them 12mths and they will fold as they have done 3 times already and restart with a new name.

Always walk away from anything with an upfront charge!!!
