Carbon door cards

Not having much luck in my quest for a drivers side door card :-( .. However, I have found a company local to me who make parts for many rally teams who can do a set or sets at very reasonable rates. The only problem I have is I only have the passenger side door card to make a mould from so need someone else to sign up and provide the drivers side.
Anybody up for a set? Price should be circa £300 a pair which is not bad I'm sure you'll agree. They are also up for making other items for me as long as they can sell a few if anyone else has other ideas?

When you say you need a door card - does it mean I don't get it back?

Or do you just need to borrow one?

I would like a carbon door cards, but will it have better internal door handles?

Where are you as l have a spare set that could be used.

I'm in Lancashire and the carbon place is within 5mins of home.
In answer to the previous question, I hadn't really considered changing the internal door handles but open to suggestions..

I'm in Lancs too. Keep me posted on your progress. Not sure I want to donate my door cards but would be interested on the finished product.

That's cool will be interested in how they come out.will they be laqured and polished,or just a rough carbon finish?

They will be in the usual gloss resin finish.. like clear lacquer as you say..

im currently doing the plastic bits on the door in carbon (door handle and pull)... but not the door bins as mine are covered.

Glad to hear it mate, I don't think you'll be short of customers as the standard items look awful. I think between you and tuxman you could almost build a full carbon noble by now, lol.
