Sticky shift

Here's a question. Is it common for the gearshift to be sticky in the 4.0l chims?

I just ask as I've noticed my friend's chim tend to have quite a sticky shift, particularly coming out of 2nd and 4th

hmm, this may need investigated then, cos I wish it was smooth. I can fly through the gears in the 320 but the chim tends to stick a lot.
