This site is more glitchy than than my blackberry. I'm constantly getting the below!

http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/error/error

Hope I don't get banned again for posting negative stuff...

Also it's hard to explain but lots of the drag down options don't work on the iPad.

I was getting that yesterday as well, but hadn't seen it again since. Thanks for the heads up.

Which drop down options aren't working on the iPad? We're working on a mobile site at present, but general feedback seems to be that the site works well on tablet. Would be good to get some more detail.

Xoom on ice cream - hangs loads.

Also, we need a "Bottom of page" link on each page, it's a pain scrolling down on a 80 post page length setting.

it's only when I go into the beta site. I select browse makes and models. Say, I select p for porsche. Only pagani, panther and Peugeot comes up but it won't allow me to scroll down to anything below the 207!

Have you tried using two fingers to scroll in the box?

ETA for Stuart: One thing I have noticed is that if you select P it skips through the Model box to get to P rather than using the Make box.
FETA... And that's both ipad and PC.

I got that error message a couple of times yesterday, all seems ok now.
Personally I find the beta site works fine on iPad, OP, it may ( or may not?) help explain your problems if you post screen shots?

yes I have tried two fingers. I know how to use the pad, it just doesn't work correctly on the site. Most of its ok but that section is a problem seen as I use it a lot.
on another note, the same issue works perfectly well on my galaxy s3. Drop down menus no probs.
I'll do a screen shot later but I have explained it quite clearly

It works for me on an ipad1 so you'll have to forgive me wondering if you didn't know about two finger scroll. I'd had mine for ages before I worked it out smile

Just tried that on my new iPad and it works fine. Single finger, no need for two finger scroll. Touch, hold, drag. iOS 5.1.1.
