What is the youngest age it is safe for a child to travel in the FRONT of a 996 911?

A booster seat in the front would be an easier option for child and Father, but not sure how safe this proposal would be!

Does the airbag need turned off?

Any guidance much appreciated!

The airbag is only turned off if you're using a rear facing baby seat, I think.
3 and 5 on a booster is fine, my boy is 4.5 and sits up front.

Whether its safe or not is another matter but I've had both my 3 year old and 5 year old on a booster up front (not at the same time!).

3 year old did nearly fall off though when I did a last minute u-turn to avoid traffic!

I bought a Porsche car seat and adapter which turns the airbag off when the car seat is plugged in. My son was about four when he started using it and grew out of it at eight.

As has been said, I think airbags are only a realy danger for rearward facing seats.

For forward facing, should be fine, but I'd suggest putting the seat as far back as possible - airbags are brutal things.
