Budget £700: What TV for watching sports?

I'm moving house a week on Friday and I plan to move my 37" Panasonic Plasma to the bedroom and want to a new TV for my front room.
I watch a lot of sport; Football, F1 & Cricket mainly. I also want to use my TV for internet browsing. I don't want to spend more than £700 really, however would go a little over for the right TV. I want something about 46".
Would appreciate some advice.
