Selling scientific instruments

Just wondered if anyone can recommend how to sell scientific instruments (aside from Fleabay or PH! 
)
Not keen on putting on Fleabay for various reasons and it is for quite a specific market so I don't think PH classifieds will get to the right audience.
There do however seem to be Valuers and Auctioneers specifying Scientific Instrument departments but the ones I have looked at all seem to be 19th century rather than 20th century. Has anyone dealt with a good Auctioneer/valuer they can recommend perhaps?
It is a 1975 sound meter with loads of accessories.
