Alpine passes open all year (October)

We are off on a Euro trip which includes travelling throughout the Alps in late October this year.
Which of the Alpine passes of note are open throughout the year most importantly in October?
We are travelling from Geneva to Genoa on the way out and Milan to Freiburg on the return leg.
