Once my hood is replaced, the next job is a complete interior retrim.

Anyone had this done in the Midlands or Northampton area. I have no idea what price to expect but I want to ensure it is a good job.

I would rather use someone recommended to ensure that the quality matches the price.

Any info would be appreciated.

Going by Mike's pics its well worth the money if you can afford it. I think Mike said £700 for half trim... cant remember now

complete interior refurbishment by Mole Valley including dash instruments etc £3280---mind you MV are not exactly cheap but the job is brilliant--I expect that you will get exactly what you pay for--interior work always costs a bomb if done properly.

Check out The trimshop Redditch, they do all David Geralds work and did a great job on my 3000s seats for £440 including full refurb, even repainting the
rusty bits.

As its been said, I had my interior fully retrimmed by A&R Pound in Baldock. They did a pretty good job, a few bits here and there could possibly have been done better, but to be honest its not really noticable to anyone not looking really hard! They are pretty good price wise although I hear they have increased prices as they are too busy! Around £600 for half leather and around £900 for full leather.

If you want photos or more info mail me.

I'm looking for somebody to re-carpet my S1, all the other trim is OK(ish), apart from the handbrake/gear lever gaiters - any ideas?

Somebody with a green S had a re-trim in cream with green gaitors and new carpets etc and it was a superb job at an even more superb price, can anyone remember who it was and where they went?

There were photos posted about 3 to 4 months ago.

Thanks Colin, that's the one, can you remember where Alex went to have the work done?

I'm not looking to have mine done yet but would be handy for the benefit of others.

It was a very good price IIRC and a top job judging by the photos.

Looks very nice indeed! How much did Alex pay?

What is actually worked on, for the half and full trim? Id like to go for the full one day, but was wondering about the doors, the dash itself, and the back shelf... are any of these covered in the full trim?

Hi Rob,

When they say "full" or "half" I think they mean full leather or half leather

Full being the whole seat in leather and half being just the facings.

Thanks all.

Cargrafter, I am in Coventry (but work in Corby) so this could be an option.

I will give Tove, Trimshop and A&R Pound a call to get some quotes.
I think Mole Valley may be a bit pricey for the S. I am not looking to spend that much!!!

I have seen the quality of Mikes interior. Very nice.
If mines ends up looking that good, I will be well pleased.
