Ok don't speak the language which is a bit of a drawback watching this but got the gist - fair play to those germans - an amazing job (ok so i have no idea what a plane resto should look like but I was mightily impressed) looks a no expense spared job (checking their website apparently it'll meet all modern FAA regs for passengers) - bet it'll be complete on time & budget too with no chance of gelpacks being swallowed by the engines..... - if disaster occurs they have 13 of them!

BA have created a great Museum in their head office (Waterside) but you obviously need to be there on BA business to see it.

I used to have BA as a customer until May this year, my main contact there used to start or finish our meetings with a forage around the museum, looking at imperial airways pilot log books, or the vast array of promotional models they have.

Of course they used to keep an old BEA Trident at Heathrow for Crew Training (now at Manchester) and they have Concorde languishing about

And they had a collection of airliners on display at Cosford - which they unceremoniously scrapped a couple of years ago.
