I need to get my Westfield setup, Toyota 4AGE on twin Dellorto 45's with Omex controlled ignition... Can you recommend someone? I'm in Chichester but willing to travel a bit for the right place!

Chassis could also do with setting up, corner weighting etc - any ideas?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave,

I can reecommend two rolling roads as i have used both.
1st) is JKM Performance in Portsmouth.
http://www.jkm.org.uk/performance/index.htm
2nd) Is Surrey Rolling Road near Ascot.

I am sure there are others that are good as well. But as i said i have used both of these before and would use them again.

I think you need to visit southways automotive in Fareham, kit car specialists and i believe occasional PH'ers as well.

These would be my first port of call for what you have and are looking for. They build cars and have a rolling road.

James left out that he is running a OMEX ECU so they know how to get around one.

Any idea roughly how much a session is ? I have a Pinto powered Westfield with twin DCOEs which could do with a bit of attention. Also Chichester area.

At Southways it's £45 for a power run (which consists of three pulls) followed by an hourly rate of £35p/h for any tuning required. The £45 includes the first hour's labour.

I know I'm a bit late to the party - but for rolling road tuning involving carbs, there is only one man - Tom Airey near Winchester.

Website here

The website looks a bit crap, but for legendary tuning work on carburettor equipped engines - honestly, he is the man.

Give him a call.
