Taken me ages to post up but took a snap couple week ago whilst i was passing by. I was on the norfolk broads on a boat so didnt hang around long to fully inspect it

With a 1965 registration, I'd say it was a kit of some description based on a Triumph or MG. smile

It looks like a Riley but the badge is red, so I'd go with some sort of kit too.
